How far in advance should we begin?+

For full planning, twelve to eighteen months is ideal. For month-of coordination, eight weeks is the minimum we accept. Corporate work runs on its own timeline.

Will Rosy be on site on the day?+

Yes — for every Gold and Platinum project. She leads the on-site team personally and is present from set-up to send-off.

Do you work outside of Pennsylvania?+

Frequently. Active production in Philadelphia and New York; destination work by arrangement. Travel is invoiced at cost.

How is the budget structured?+

A 25% retainer secures the date. The remainder is scheduled across the planning timeline. Vendor invoices pass through transparently, with a clear management line.

Can we use our own florist / photographer?+

Yes. We will brief and coordinate any vendor of your choosing, and we are happy to introduce you to ours if a match is missing.
